All orders are subject to the below Terms and Conditions.
Product Quality Assurance
Arnett Creations guarantees that all items are 100% Sterling Silver 925 and hallmarked if above 7.78 grams, and if above 1gram on 9carat+ Gold - Hallmarked.
Fashion Jewellery Plated or Steel Items are clearly highlighted in the product description.
The majority of our stock is UK manufactured/ sourced however some are also Pre-Brexit Imports - therefore will only bare its original origin Hallmark. Following legal UK Hallmarking requirements, any stocks imported after 1st January 2021 will have both Origin and UK Hallmarks. The majority of our products come with manufacturers guarantee.
As added re-assurance and an Online Purchase Bonus Only - Arnett Creations is offering Free Valuation Certificates for most items over £100 - SAVING you £25.
A valuation certificate is issued via an approved appraiser - in this case - Shirley's.
If you have insurance cover this is used as proof of ownership and value of your item in case lost or stolen.
All the weights and measurement supplied on items and are as accurate as possible.
Please note that fashion jewellery or handmade, gemstones can have slight imperfections and natural markings, we will always try to show these visibly in product images.
Over time all silver can tarnish so Arnett Creations strongly recommend maintaining the cleanliness of your jewellery using recommended cleaning products only and within usage guidelines as set out on the packaging.

Collection and Delivery - Postage & Packaging
All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order unless its a Special or Pre order item then the postage will be effective as of the estimated dispatch date specified.
Click and Collect - It is Free to Click and Collect your order.
After you check out, you will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to collect which is usually within less than 48hours.
Your email will contain your collection code and you will be required to show proof of purchase or ID.
Collections are from Shirley's Gold & Silver, 30 Northampton Street, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6DX
Arnett Creations uses Royal Mail or EVRi as our trusted courier.
Due to the transportation of jewellery - custom pieces - precious metals and watches are all items need to be sent insured. By supplying your phone number, you also agree to us sharing this with the courier assigned where applicable to deliver your parcel.
All order £20 or less - are supplied in a stock box or jewellery gift pouch. Sent Signed For/Tracked.
Estimated time of arrival is usually 3 – 5 working days.
All orders above £20.01 up to £500 - are supplied in a stock or luxury presentation gift box and bag. Sent via - Special Delivery and will arrive by 1pm the next working day after dispatch.
All order above £500 - are supplied in a luxury presentation gift box & bag. FREE Postage sent via - Special Delivery and will arrive by 1pm the next working day after dispatch.
Presentation boxes purchased separately are non-refundable.
International Shipping is currently NOT available.
Special - Pre Orders - Your item will be made or ordered especially just for you. You order will be dispatched within the specified time frame of the item and sent via Royal as above. If for any reason we foresee that we are unable to fulfil within the specified time line then you will be contacted asap and a full refund issued immediately
if you choose to cancel. All finished weights are estimated and may vary slightly to as described.
Occasionally there are times we are unable to fulfil orders beyond our control - if this was to happen, you will be informed within 48 hours of placing your order and a full refund will be issued.
All payments are safe and secure via Debit/Credit card. All methods of payment can be viewed at the checkout.
For all VIP and other promotional discount codes, please note that this discount is applicable to goods only and will automatically be deducted upon entering the code at checkout.
All promotional codes are valid up until 23:45 of the printed promotion end date.
Please note if a PROMO Code is not entered at the checkout, unfortunately this would mean that you missed out as discounts are not refunded separately.
Bank Holidays and Closures
Please note that Arnett Creations is closed for all UK Bank Holidays and therefore delivery times will be extended around this period. If due to any unforeseen circumstances a delay in delivery is inevitable, then a notice will be displayed on the home page and at checkout.
General Data Protection Regulation
Arnett Creations will only use your personal contact details to contact you directly where permission has been given and details are not shared outside the organisation. All personal data files are encrypted.
Refunds and Returns
Arnett Creations – Refunds - 14 Days Cooling Off Period
Your consumer right to a cooling-off period for goods and services purchased at a distance comes from the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However please note that any goods that have been personalised or custom-made for you, all gift boxes and all body piercing are exempt.
The 14-day cooling off period starts from the date you take ownership of the goods – your Delivery Signed For date. You can cancel the goods at any time from the moment you place your order and up to 14 days from the date they arrived as long as the product has not been worn or removed from its original packaging. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us.
Arnett Creations - No Refunds
After the 14 days statutory cooling off period no refunds will be given and items will be replaced.
If an identical replacement is not possible a Credit Note Gift Card will be issued.
Credit Note - E-Gift Cards
All credit note gift cards are valid for 60 days from the date of issue and until 23:59 on end date.
At this point the Gift Card becomes obsolete.
Please note that Fashion Jewellery and due to health and hygiene reasons all Earrings are exempt from our returns and refunds policies.
Arnett Creations Operates - Manufacturers Guarantee Promise Policy - 3, 6 or 12 Months
Items valued £60 or less have a 3 months manufacturers guarantee and if above £60 a 6 or 12 months manufacturers guarantee.
Arnett Creations takes prides in itself with knowing that its products are of the highest quality available but on that odd occasion there may be something wrong with what you have ordered so we offer this policy on all 925 Sterling Silver and 9ct & 18ct Gold manufactured goods.
We are happy to offer you a replacement, exchange or a credit note.
The 6 or 12 months Manufacturers Guarantee Promise Policy will commence from the date of proof of delivery.
Proof of purchase will be required, and the item will need to be returned to us prior to any action being taken.
Purchased a Gift and they do not like it or doesn't not fit?
Arnett Creations like to please everyone and sometimes we do order items that do not fit or don't look right on so we do allow you to return the item at your own expense within 30 days and we will issue you a Credit Note to use online against anything.
You are also welcome to come and exchange in-store at Shirley's Gold and Silver, 30 Northampton Street, Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, B18 6DX. Please contact Arnett Creations to confirm Proof of Purchase and arrange a time to visit.
Please note that any items which have been changed from its original selling state i.e. engraving or soldering of links or charms will void the Manufacturers Guarantee Promise Policy.
Please note that upon receipt of returned goods, if visible proof of any accidental/wear and tear damages are present then the Manufacturers Guarantee Promise Policy will be void and you will be notified along with confirmation that a refund has been denied and your goods will be returned to you.
Due to system stock updates between in-store and online taking place at the end of each day, it has not happened to date, but we would like to warn you that this could possibly cause an item to be actually out of stock. In this eventuality then we would contact you to inform of delay in dispatch and re-order or honour a full refund immediately.
Arnett Creations would feel so disappointed that you have a complaint to make regarding your experience however we also understand that occasionally situations occur. Can we please ask you to put your complaint in writing and send it to email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
